DELIVERY INFORMATION
Same Day Delivery Policy
We are pleased to offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 7PM Dubai time. Our goal is to ensure your food arrives fresh and safely on the same day, using our dedicated refrigerated vehicles.
Refrigerated Delivery
To maintain optimal quality and safety, all orders are transported in refrigerated cars. This ensures that perishable items remain at the proper temperature during transit, preserving their freshness from our facility to your doorstep.
Delivery Conditions
• Cut-Off Time: Orders placed by 19.00 Dubai time will qualify for same-day delivery. Orders placed after the cut-off will be delivered the following day.
• Delivery Hours: Same-day deliveries occur between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM local time].
• Delivery Area: Same-day delivery is available within Dubai. For other Emirates delivery is subject to availability and is calculated based on individual order.
• Delivery Charges: A delivery fee may apply, based on distance and order value. The final fee will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery Confirmation
You will receive a notification when your order is out for delivery and a confirmation once it has been delivered.
Missed Delivery
If no one is available to receive the order at the designated delivery address, our driver will attempt to contact you. If delivery cannot be completed, the order may be returned, and redelivery may incur an additional charge. Kindly note we cannot offer delivery at the doorstep due to the nature of goods and food safety protocols.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on any food items. All sales are final. This policy is in place to ensure that the quality and safety of our food products are maintained. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept exchanges on any food items. Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee its quality if returned. We take every measure to deliver fresh, high-quality food, and this policy helps us maintain those standards. We encourage you to double-check your order to avoid any errors.
